2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
2.1 Our products consist of digital presets for Adobe Lightroom, supplied in a compatible format (.XMP or .DNG); maps, and travel guides, in PDF.
2.2 When purchasing a product, the customer receives a download link immediately after payment confirmation.
2.3 The products are available exclusively in digital format, with no physical items sent.
3. PAYMENTS AND PRICES
3.1. Product prices are in BRL and may change without prior notice.
3.2 We accept payments via Mercado Pago.
3.3 All transactions are processed through secure payment providers, bydiegoandres.com does not save your payment information.
4. DELIVERY AND ACCESS TO PRODUCTS
4.1. The download link will be sent to the e-mail address registered at the time of purchase.
4.2 If the e-mail is not received within 1 day, the customer should contact info@bydiegoandres.com.
4.3. The customer is responsible for providing a valid e-mail address to guarantee delivery of the product.
5. REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
5.1 Due to the digital nature of the products, we do not carry out refunds or exchanges after purchase, as the buyer is already in possession of the store's intellectual property. Except in cases of proven technical failure.
